New this year is TurboTax Live — a high-end package that handles virtually every form the IRS can throw at you, plus you get a one-on-one review with a human CPA or Enrolled Agent before you file, as well as unlimited live tax advice from an on-screen CPA or EA. TurboTax doesn’t have a network of brick-and-mortar locations like H&R Block, where you can sit down with a professional in person if you like; for many, TurboTax Live is the next best thing.
