If you are not aware of this issue then you need a new tech staff building your site. There have been issues in the past with Firefox not loading AT&T websites after updates. Some were able to access after ensuring that Tracking Protection was disabled before trying to access the site. If this does not work, or you do not wish to disable Tracking Protection, then the next step we recommend is uninstalling and reinstalling the browser, or downloading an older version of Firefox. Of course, if that does not work, then accessing the site using a different recommended browser such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome will be the best workaround.
