Ctrl + Alt + Delete on Windows provides a variety of functions, the main one of interest being the Task Manager. Is there an equivalent keyboard shortcut & indeed Task Manager for carrying out. The equivalent to control alt delete on a Mac is the shortcut 'command+option+esc.' Just like using control+alt+delete on a PC, press 'Command' to the left of the space bar, 'Option' to the left of Command and 'Esc' at the top left of the keyboard at the same time to bring up the equivalent of the Windows Task Manager.

Sorry, after responding as shown below, I noticed you were using MAC with which I am not familiar. The solution might be similar to what I provided below. I assume you are using (1) Microsoft Windows. Since there are different versions, I will choose to respond as if you are using Windows 7. I think a similar approach will work with earlier and later versions. (1) Left click the Microsoft flag icon.

(2) Left click 'Control Panel' button. (3) Left click 'Date and Time' option. (4) Within 'Date and Time tab' left click 'Change date and time.' (5) Left click 'Yes' on the pop-up window requesting permission to let Microsoft '.make changes to the computer.' (6) On the pop-up window 'Date and Time Settings' left click the blue 'change calendar settings' link. (7) In the 'Date Format Box' delete the information shown in 'short format' and insert 'dd/MM/yyy' without quotes (8) In the 'Date Format Box' delete the information shown in 'long format' and insert 'dd/MMM/yyyy' without quotes. (9) Close out of all windows and apps and return to initial screen.

Then re-open quicken.
