Does anyone know about an Intel emulator that can run on the PowerPC G5? I'll guess that you're referring to Quicken Essentials for Mac. I'm not aware of any emulators for Intel Mac OS X that will run on a G5. As an alternative, you might look for a copy of Quicken 2007, which should be still available from a few sources.
I believe that version of Quicken is more full-featured than the new offering. There are more and more applications written strictly for the Intel architecture.
